The seasonal date parameters for unit vacation rentals are:
High Season - Feb 1st - Apr 30th
Mid Season - May 1st - Oct 31st
Low Season - Nov 1st - Jan 31st
Please check these on your individual sites (VRBO, Homeaway, etc) if applicable.
